Road Work Coming to Your Area

Your Street Will Be Closed For Maintenace

WHERE DO I PARK MY CAR?

While your road is closed, you may be asked to park on the adjacent street in any open area outside the work zone. No vehicle will be allowed on the newly treated road surfaces until the road has been reopened.

WHAT IF MY CAR IS PARKED ON A ROAD THAT IS CLOSED?

Work begins at 7:00 a.m. each day. Vehicles parked in the work zone may exit the area until 7:30 a.m., after which streets will be closed for 24 hours while the surface is treated.

If your vehicle is parked on a street blocked by nearby work, it will need to remain in place until the work is complete. If your vehicle is still on the street when work begins, it will be towed to the edge of the work area.

We encourage all residents to move vehicles out of the work zone the evening before scheduled work to avoid any disruption.

WHAT IF I DRIVE ON THE ROAD WHILE IT’S CLOSE?

What If I Drive on the Road While It’s Closed?

Do not attempt to drive on a closed road. The freshly treated surface can cause severe damage to your vehicle, including damage to tires, paint, and undercarriage components.

Andale Construction is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or to the newly treated road surface if you choose to enter a closed work zone.
