Calling HA5® a “seal coat” is like calling armor a coat of paint — the comparison doesn’t even come close. While most seal coats rely on a thin film of asphalt emulsion and minimal fine aggregate, HA5 is engineered in a completely different way:
- High-Density Aggregate Matrix – HA5 contains significantly more fine, angular aggregate than any seal coat on the market. This creates a dense, stone-rich layer that resists wear and shields your pavement from the elements.
- Net-Neutral Emulsion – Unlike anionic or cationic emulsions that create a positive or negative charge, HA5’s net-neutral chemistry keeps the aggregate suspended evenly throughout the treatment.
